Job Description
The Head of Support and Maintenance is responsible for post go live activities for all live countries which use CBS(*) software.
He has to coordinate all release activities with the provider and the banks and will be responsible for the quality of the release to deploy in production.
Responsibilities overview:
o Managing Support and maintenance team (~ 5 FTE)
o Managing issues raised by live countries, testing fixes delivered by the provider, defining release to deploy in production
o Managing releases in coordination with Head of Transition & Operations
o Managing small enhancements in relationship with Project team
o On a day-to-day basis, ensuring that the planned KPI are met (incident management, request management, etc.)
o Reporting post go live activities to Head of COE
o Ensuring continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management processes
Job Qualifications
o Customer service oriented, able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
o Excellent communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills
o Able to work in a multicultural environment - French speaking capacity is an advantage
o Technical knowledge : Oracle, AIX, WebSphere, MQ Series
o Ability to lead and work with teams across multiple locations and time-zones
o Minimum 7 years experience as IT project manager
o Previous experience with Flexcube implementation or support function will be appreciated.
