Job Description
The Head of Transition & Operations is responsible of all IT processes leading to the transition between Projects activities and Run activities.
He is in charge of the relations between CoE and CBS(*) operation provider SILCA. Hence, his ability to understand French is important.
Responsibilities overview:
o Managing Transition and Operation team (~5 FTE)
o Set-up and manage IT environments (development, integration, …)
o Integrate CBS release to different environments,
o Coordinate release management with Head of Support & Maintenance & SILCA
o Follow up CBS end of day activities
o Monitor application and improve performance
o Coordinate all activities with operation department in France (SILCA)
Job Qualifications
o Knowledge of Technical Project & Operation management
o Able to work in a multicultural environment - French speaking capacity is an advantage
o Technical knowledge : Oracle, AIX, WebSphere, MQ Series
Required experience
o Minimum 7 years experience as IT project manager and / or operation manager
o Previous experience with Flexcube implementation is requested
