Job Description
The Head of CBS(*) IT technical team is responsible for technical implementation & evolution projects activities.
He is in charge of the quality of the project deliverables as well as the respects of planning.
He is also responsible to assist the head of CoE in the discussions, negotiation & relationship with our main provider. Hence, his ability to understand French, Arabic and Indian culture is important.
Responsibilities overview:
o Managing IT project team (~ 10 FTE)
o Defining, enhancing and deploying CBS implantation methodology jointly with the Head of Projects department.
o Designing IT architecture (including security and operation documents)
o Designing & implementing interfaces
o Data migration activities
o Performing the parameterization of Flexcube
o All evolution projects
o Qualify and dispatch of related technical issues
o Contribute to/validate the business functional specifications
Job Qualifications
o In-depth knowledge of Technical Project management
o Excellent communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills
o Able to work in a multicultural environment - French speaking capacity is an advantage
o General knowledge of banking activities
o Technical knowledge : Oracle, AIX, WebSphere, MQ Series
o Minimum 10 years experience as IT project manager
o Overall knowledge of Flexcube application will be appreciated
