Job Description
Reporting to the CBS Functional Manager within the Core Banking System (CBS) Centre of Excellence (COE). Position based in Cairo, Egypt.
Duties
Forms part of the CBS programme, which consists of implementing the CBS platform at BPI subsidiaries, already in operation at a number of subsidiaries
- Expertise
Ensure the successful integration of CBS into subsidiaries' peripheral systems
Identify local peripheral systems and interface requirements to be implemented between CBS and each of the local systems (e-banking, SWIFT payments, management of fixed assets, exchange systems etc.)
Write and/or help subsidiaries to write specifications for interfaces to be developed by the different suppliers and publishers
Write and/or help subsidiaries with the integration plan and tests and feedback
- Leadership and project coordination
Work with teams on a central basis and at subsidiaries for the implementation (design, development and feedback) of principles and solutions
Job Qualifications
Considerable experience of banking structures and domains and IT systems and banking applications,
Trained to higher education level
Skills
Analytical and summarising skills
Able to lead a team
Fluent English
French preferable
