Operations support - EOD Contact Point

Responsibilities overview:

• Follow up the EOD processes until their completion
• Coordinate EOD issues resolution among different actors (Oracle support, bank, production site,…)
• Initiate crisis cells if required
• Maintain the EOD documentation and dashboards
• Follow-up the EOD issues resolution

Skill & Abilities

• Customer service oriented, able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work in a multicultural environment - French speaking capacity is an advantage
• Technical knowledge : PL/SQL queries
• Ability to lead and work with teams across multiple locations and time-zones
• Able to work on an irregular schedule

Required experience

• Minimum 2  years experience in operations support
• Previous experience with Flexcube implementation or operation will be appreciated.
