Job Description
  • Set the standard for product and service quality through clear guidelines, operational methods and procedures.
  • Analyze and prepare the procedures and policies needed for different functions of the bank
  • Identify current and future requirement for the procedures.
  • Prepare and issue various operations procedures covering all aspects of different areas of the bank.
  • Document new operational instructions and/or revise the old ones.
  • Process Re-Engineering.
  • Review all applications, forms, and documents in order to standardize, reduce cost, and improve controls.
  • Evaluate the impact of new procedures on users, branches and workflow.
  • Coordinate on implementation of projects.
  • Provide training to staff on new products, procedures, etc….
