Job Description
Participate in card product development, enrichment & redesign of existing products to attract new clients & retain existing ones. Increasing the card portfolio database through the acquisition channels for selling cards (Bank Branches, internal sales, telesales, Co-Branders) to achieve highest penetration in the market. Execute promotional programs for the activation of the inactive clients as well as the immediate usage of all the new cards. Monitor retention and anti attrition programs aiming to reduce the number of cancelled cards. Ensure accuracy of reporting and availability of required MIS reports and analysis for all card products to measure the growth of the Portfolio, & understanding the customer behavior. Preparing regular market surveys for the competitor banks' card products to keep an eye on the market. Adding new features to the credit cards like SMS notification service. Preparing Profit and loss analysis for marketing campaigns and offers. Improving the card Portfolio by back-office servicing, cardholder support services, and cross selling programs. Assist to achieve the targets that are defined in the business plans
