Central Product Specialist - SME Banking

Job Description
Focus on enhancing the SME Banking proposition by suggesting new specialized product packages, creating offers and promotions Support team in negotiating deals with SME customers Develop and launch new products and services Launch various programs for customer acquisition / retention Support Head Product in drafting new product / policies by acting as a conduit between business and other stake holders. Review and identify gaps based on understanding of business objectives and principles of work performed to recommend solutions and modification of procedures/processes. Provide ongoing business support and Product Expertise to the SME team Continuous Research and competition analysis Provide Business inputs to the Retail Credit Centre for the rollout of Credit policies for new products. Similarly, provide business inputs which may be required on a periodic basis to review existing credit policies. Keep abreast of the Credit policies and criteria adopted by Peer banks and share knowledge with the Retail Banking Management team. Support in implementation of SME strategy
