Job Description
  • Developing, implementing & following up the  strategic marketing plans aimed at developing, pricing, promoting services. 
  • Managing the formulation of promotion plans for the existing & new services                           
  • Initiate product and services improvements to meet market needs.
  • Trying to accomplish a wide base market share in Egypt.
  • Handling market analysis, data collection, reporting & feedback on current offerings.
  • Analyze the reports covering marketing visits and present then to the staff the marketing department and follow-up the results with the relevant officers.            
  • Handling the financial side of the operations with special interest in developing policies and procedures to ensure cost efficiency.                                                        
  • Follow up and manage our major client's relations (needs and requirements) including VIP services.
  • Responsibility for customers complains and problem resolution.
  • Organizing & developing the marketing department.
  • Coordinating with the marketing department at the Head Office
  • Regular meetings with the staff to confirm and implement the new marketing vision and activities.
