Job Description

Responsible for growth , product management and profitability For Bank Premier proposition by recommending enhancement , undertaking local initiatives, analyzing product profitability, ensuring implementation of Group Guidelines and facilitating maintenance of services standard
Facilitate achievement of the overall cross-ratio for Personal Financial Services
Ensure compliance with group policies and also system and procedures are in place
Increase the premier customer base and to ensure that the ambitious plan targets are met despite the competition
Promote the premier concept effectively in a word of tangible product by marketing intangible features such as services and global recognition as the core benefits in a diverse and complex region.
Responsible for effectively managing the alerts in the Customer Activity Monitoring Program
