Job Description
  • Plan business objectives; develop organizational policies and co-ordinate functions and operations between different departments.
  • Establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives
  • Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress in reaching objectives
  • Direct and co-ordinate formulation of financial  programs to provide funding for new and continuing operations to maximize return on investment & productivity
  • Ensure all staffing requirements are fulfilled with the best market candidates to maintain the company’s market leadership
  • Develop annual budget and strategies to meet it
  • Develop strategies, business plan and budget for the Company
  • Maintain an expert knowledge of Company’s products & services.
  • Organize and prioritize work for the Group Head review; with a close follow up on assignments fulfillment to meet targets/deadlines set for the Group.
  • Assures the Advising, anticipation and handling of high net worth clients on financial plans utilizing knowledge of investment strategies, securities, insurance, pension plans, and real estate to maximize both Company profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Plan business objectives; develop organizational policies and co-ordinate functions and operations between different departments.
  • Oversee all research before it is sent to the end client or discussed with institutions.
  • Oversee the execution department to ensure flawless error free execution in co-ordination with the sales department.
