Job Description
  • Ensure cross selling of all bank's products.
  • Achieve assigned network branches budget and forecast growth for the following tenors.
  • Develop annual objectives and goal and assess readiness and support required to achieve targets.
  • Review and phase out low earning high volume business.
  • Create momentum for revenue enhancements.
  • Track branches achievements from budget.
  • Follow-up, control and ensure that all assigned network branches abide by the bank's policies and procedure.
  • Secure branches' premises.
  • Monitor direct reports compliance with various risk management guidelines.
  • Ensure expenses of assigned network branches are under full control.
  • Improve branches audit ratings.
  • Approve expenses within the assigned approval powers.
  • Review monthly letters to ensure compliance with budget figures, controls.
  • Ensure assigned network branches headcount within the required budget.
  • Ensure a constant flow of information and market intelligence from and to the staff.
  • Ongoing proper communication of the bank's strategies, policies and procedures and relying bank's guidelines.
  • Ensure effective back up system and alternated for direct reports.
  • Recommend promotions, authorized signatures and seek approvals from senior general manager and managing director.
  • Ensure staff development in skills and performances.
