Job Description
  • Lead multi teams (Network, ATM & Service Desk Teams) responsible for the effective delivery of IT services for the bank’s departments and customers
  • Day to day management of Network, Service Desk and Printing Teams staff that supports all aspects of the infrastructure at both primary and secondary data centers.
  • Cisco networks, Security, Voice and Video Design and Administration.
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating a cross-functional team's activities to manage and implement projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage.
  • Manage ad plan for New Branches & ATMs Expansion through Network & Service Desk teams from Telecommunication, Wintel Infrastructure and ATMs prospective.
  • Review with Service Team the daily operations of the bank ATMs.
  • Coordinate with providers to plan and organize IT Projects implementation tasks.
  • Implementation of IT (Network & Service Desk Teams) Resource and capacity planning.
  • Determining, monitoring, and reviewing all technical projects economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.
  • Periodical Internal Network security assessment/audit.
  • Insure the proper daily operations of network team & Services Desk Teams.
  • Insure the backup operations of Routing, Switching, Security and Voice networks have been applied.
  • Insure the Network Security polices has been applied.
  • Corporation with other IT depts. to set organization policy regarding the IT Sector.
