Job Description
  • Reviewing credit presentation Credit Proposal Memos submitted from Bank Branches, identifying, and analyzing the key risk associated with a specific credit such as risk related to the borrower business, potential changes in the environment, regulations etc… Making judgment, writing recommendations and presenting it to the Central Credit Committee, High Credit Committee, Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
  • Reviewing monthly credit positions then writing memos concerning the overages to the related branch and follow up the settlement of the overages with the branch.
  • Reviewing the quarterly risk assessment report submitted from Bank branches and reclassifying some borrowers and then submitted to the Central Bank of Egypt.
  • Reviewing the Remedial Credit Memos and writing recommendations including any other settlement proposals and presenting it to the High Credit Committee and Board of Directors.
