This Head of Department will supervise the credit analysis and the asset risk value for the small tickets in which the GM will have delegation through a special limit to be included in the files Bank customers.

Of course, criteria regarding the risk of counterpart will be defined in liaison with The Bank Risk, also he will supervise the other channels such as vendor program (to finance the sales of the suppliers) or other developments such as the servicing for the local banks that have no leasing companies. Moreover he should follow the scoring to be input for the SME/SMI; For those channels the risk will be assumed by The Bank.

Of course, the leasing will have its own customers.  Here also the risk will be taken by the leasing.

 Under his authority, a risk controller in charge for checking the file documentation before payment to the supplier plus the follow-up on the files under analysis by the Bank risk.
