• Implements recruitment, testing, selection and job placement policy and procedures programs, screening applicants, scheduling and administering tests and evaluating applicants’ qualifications. • Identify and use different recruitment resources, ensuring targeting the right candidates caliber. • Develop and implement recruitment and selection tools. • Handle communication on behalf of HR recruitment with all departments. • Coordinate with HR & Line Managers to specify the man power plan. • Prepare for and attend all the employment fairs as required • Perform other duties as required |
