To plan, direct, and control all phases of a successful branch operation in addition to performing sales and service activities to increase branch profitability. Identify, pursue and develop new accounts. Establish rapport and continually develop and maintain quality accounts. The jobholder will be targeted on levels of customer service, business development, operational efficiency and Branch profit. Ensuring submissions of all control returns and sales related data within time frame as required from time to time. - To generate new business through internal and external sales activities and relationship building. Develop, implement and monitor branch business plan to support annual organization and production goals and report actual performance against plan. Maintain and monitor various branch reports and control expenses. Prepare reports required by Head Office and the central bank ensuring they accurately reflect the current position of the Branch and are completed in a timely manner. |
