Will be responsible in handling Corporate Banking. At least 12 years from one of the GCC based multinational banks, with strong relationship, managerial and credit skills, market sway and should be able to represent the bank well. Provide direction to RMs and RO’s, to proactively manage existing portfolio of corporate relationships, source new business, analyze credit proposals, maintain credit quality and generate revenue towards achievement of corporate budget. Primary credit accountability for all lending decisions on accounts within job holder’s portfolio. To assess and analyze credit risk in depth and take responsibility for the preparation of comprehensive limit applications and regular annual reviews in timely fashion. Evaluate credit proposals written by RO’s, RM’s, approve limits within own discretion, or support as appropriate the recommendations made in the limit applications. To proactively identify potential problem accounts at an early stage and recommend appropriate remedial action to minimize credit losses. To identify, market, source and book new business, and develop and monitor existing corporate relationships so as to maximize revenues.
